having a good posture vs. bad posture

Tips on having a better posture to show confidence.

Targeted audience: Teens with insecurities/ low self-esteem!

Goal: To make an improvement in the way of presenting yourself (with better posture in this case).

Main purpose is to give tips for people with low self-esteem. We’ve noticed that the people who aren’t as outgoing/social or has a low self-esteem tend to look like they’re afraid of others or that’s what it LOOKS like and this will prevent others from approaching you… We’re highschoolers ourselves and we notice these that aparts some people from others. So if you can pull off the look and feeling confident, soon people will notice you differently (in a good way)! Trust me! And confidence not meaning y. Even with the low self-esteem, the key is to look confident and others will think that you’re comfortable with yourself! and your self-esteem will hopefully boost up! Check yourself and how you appear to others because most of the audience we’re trying to target does not realize this matter for themselves.

Commonly answered question:
A: “What do you look for in a girl/guy?”
B: Someone with confidence and is comfortable with themselves which is really attracting.

(Sound familiar?)

This is only our first trying-out video made a whileee ago. We’ll soon have a better quality video up with more advices and meanwhile please request to us with what you want to see next to improve self-esteem issues to another step! And don’t forget to tell us the results as well as experience you’ve had with practice of improving your presence. Good luck & Thanks for watching! :D

Improve Your Golf Swing using a Video Camera

Simple Golf Tips – Lengthen Your Drive and Shave 7 Strokes off your Next Round

visit for hundreds of golf instruction videos.
In this golf instruction video you’ll see one of the easiest ways to check your swing on your own and apply changes so that you can swing like your favorite pga pro. Set a camera up down your target line and hit several golf balls. Then review your golf swing on a television and compare your posture, swing plane, stance and tempo to other golf pros that you like. Use other videos or golf publications like golf digest to compare what you look like to what you should look like. Make adjustments and then hit more golf balls into the net. Once you feel like you look the way you should, then hit 100’s of golf balls into the net to groove your golf swing and build muscle memory so that you don’t have to think about what you are doing when you get to the golf course and you will be able to score better. You can tell a lot about how well you’re striking the golf ball by how the golf club feels in your hands at the time of impact and how the ball flies off the clubface. You can feel a solid hit or a not so solid miss-hit in your hands. A net is a very inexpensive way to learn to play golf well.
