Oh, and I should mention olive oil is great for removing eye makeup too. You can also slather your feet in them before bed, put on some socks overnight, and you’ll have soft feet in the morning. They also work to moisturize cuticles in a pinch.

I drink 2 table … I drink 2 table spoons a day and I feal just fine now if you more than a cup its gunna screw you up think before you say look it up.

Ok, don't laugh.. … Ok, don't laugh..but…I use the solid Crisco all over my body…lol. Seriously, it is amazing. Leaves you soft and smooth and there is no smell at all. I just have a lot of animals chasing me all the time. LOL…ok, just kidding about the animals.
Where is YOUR proof … Where is YOUR proof and why should everyone just immediately believe you? I am more than happy to provide you with some articles anyone could find with a cursory search of "Apple Cider Vinegar". Would you like to back up your own? Since I have never seen one article stating that is is "extremely bad for you", as you state, just that you should drink it with water, as both she and I said to do.

that is not what … that is not what many dietians around the world say. It can also cause cramping and stomach aches. It is more harmful then salad dressing, only because it is more concentrated. Why don't you believe me? do u have proof or an article? I am not trying to be critical, I'm just curious

Completely … Completely untrue-it is actually VERY good for you. It can't "burn" your insides anymore than eating a regular salad dressing can. In fact it can be used to aid indigestion. It has many uses and many properties in it that actually help the body when you drink with water.

a little baking … a little baking soda mixed with cetaphil or any simple creamy or liquid cleanser also makes a nice gentle scrub

I use olive oil for … I use olive oil for feet, nail, and sometime i use for face wash then I use facewash, it keep my skin soft and nice, and I put baking soda in my shampoo and use it once a week it makes your hair so sqeaky clean.
