Hi, keep rinsing … Hi, keep rinsing until your hair and scalp no longer have any suds or feel soapy and the water runs clear from your head. You might want to try using a pot with a handle instead of a mug because it will hold more water for you. Hope that helps

In twenty years, … In twenty years, I've never figured out how to do that. I always have to properly tie my hair into a ponytail first and only then use the bobby pins to secure the bun, otherwise the bun just won't hold…
Those larger bobby pins look neat, never found them here in Finland!
