& its true the … & its true the dermatologists arent lying. the appricot seed granuals in the st ives scratch your skin to bits so it feels likes its getting clean but not so much haha. any cleanser with "shell powder" in it stay away from it can really damamge your skin even when you dont realize it. and cetaphil is the best your right about that

The little granual "scrubby" things in the St. Ives Apricot Scrub is the big seed of the apricot dired out and ground up, that's why it's so sharp. I have used this every day for like 2 months now. I think I should slow down to 2-3 times a week and just get a mask. But, the only reason I do that is because my skin is REALLY oily, and I just made it part of my skin care routine
And it made my skin feel SOO clean and smooth and soft

my skins fricken … my skins fricken dry. i used proactive for my pimples. i basically just murdered my sikn right there. it was SOOO SOOO DRY i used like the whole bottel of musterizer in one use! dont use proactive is ya got really dry sensative skin. it fricken hurts.
