I'm 16 and only 5'7 … I'm 16 and only 5'7 not really tall but want to grow taller, is it possible for me to grow 3 inches? When is my 2nd growth spurt because I'm think I'm going to stop growing. Any good solutions and suggestions?

When I was a kid I … When I was a kid I also had asthma and used an inhaler… That's just really bad luck I guess. It sounds like you're a big basketball fan too, so I'm thinking you also do a lot of excercice and eat relatively well?

i don t know i … i don t know i think it was because i took inhalers when i was younger and i heard it stunts your growth i don t know if thats true but i should ve been 6ft 1 by now your right.
