Can't under eye … Can't under eye circles be a bluish or a brownish??? You apply different color for each, and for brown it's not yellow. This video is not very informative.

Actually, Yellow IS the color to us to neutralize the brown. If your under eye circles are more bluish, you should use an orange concealer.
